When you book, we’ll send you a short questionnaire so we can find out a little bit more about you and your wedding plans so we can be ready for you from the moment you walk through the door.
We recommend no more than four guests per bridal party so you are not overwhelmed with opinions. You’ll have a 2 hour personalised styling appointment with us to try on as many of our incredible dresses as you wish - until you find THE ONE!

We’ll greet you at our boutique door, often in our slippers, welcome you inside and take you through to our gorgeous bridal lounge.
You’ll enjoy full exclusivity in our bridal haven, starting with a seat on our cozy sofa where you can share all the exciting plans for your wedding day. We’ll provide you with a glass of fizz to help calm any nerves, and you’ll have the chance to snap some pictures for your wedding journey album. Feel free to set the scene by showing us your wishlist —we want to get to know you and how you envision your special day. It’s completely normal to feel a bit apprehensive, but don’t worry! We’ll ensure you feel right at home, and the excitement will soon take over, we promise!

We’ll laugh with you, cry with you, be honest with you and maybe even have a glass of prosecco with you!
Ultimately, our goal is for you to put on a dress and feel exactly how you deserve to feel on your wedding day. Whether you want to try on as many dresses as possible or revisit the same one three times, it’s entirely up to you how to make the most of your two-hour appointment!

Saturdays and Sundays are without doubt our busiest days, as we have back-to-back appointments all day and limited space inside. Weekdays are usually more flexible and you can book much closer to the time.

You can expect all the excitement if you find the one! We do get a little giddy when we realise you are standing in the dress you are going to walk down the aisle in, that feeling for us will never get old. And celebrating with you and your bridal party is THE BEST!!!

Regardless of what your bridal party thinks during your appointment, remember that they all want you to look amazing. It may be too sparkly for your sister or too low-cut for your mum, but the important thing is that they aren’t the ones wearing it. If you feel like a perfect 10, then go with it—they’ll still think you look incredible on your big day. Ultimately, when you wake up on your wedding morning, it’s essential that you love your dress and can't wait to put her on.
